Works closely with the head chef to ensure daily operations is smooth and customer experience is good. Able to do up scheduling for kitchen crew. Objective and able to work in a team and comfortable with communication and discussion on higher levels. Menu planning and creation is a plus point! •Able to work in a fast-paced environment, learning on the go, and having very strong team spirit! •Must be able to consistently produce food at the highest quality. •Have experience with workstations management; efficient preparation of mise-en-place daily. •Ensure basic administration duties such as: tracking of invoices, food inventory, FIFO, food ordering. •Must have high level of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety. At all times, food storage at station is tidy and well maintained. •Essentially, looking for a keen candidate that is willing to learn, able to play as a team, and have big ambition to grow in a kitchen culture!
