Job Description

•To develop new menu, recipes and document costing for concept for new set up.
•To work with production team to upscale recipes into BOM and mass production.
•To ensure BOM, recipes are in place for review, constant review of BOM and recipes.
•To work with production team in upscaling recipes
•To ensure all kitchens operations under his/her to adhere to National Regulations and company safety and quality standards.
•Lead, train and guide staff to achieved company’s objective/s
•To ensure all food products produced are of the highest and agreed standard.
•To undertake any new assignment appointed by the management.

Job Requirements

•Trade certificate or at least 10 years relevant experience.
•National Trade Certificate
•Min 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a big establishment 
•Microsoft office
•Proficient understanding of English both written and spoken
•Proficient in second knowledge (plus point)
•Team player
•Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline
•Ability to lead a big team of co-worker
