•Support daily cleaning activity including dishwashing, pot washing, area cleaning and cutlery packing •Ensure cleaning activities are conducted as per cleaning schedule and to the highest level of efficacy •Report any breakages or equipment defects during the course of operations to the Stewarding Supervisor •Adhere to food hygiene practices, wear the appropriate PPE for each task and observe good decorum •Support trolley assembly activity during preparation for meal times •Support delivery of meals to wards and ensure that all meals arrive on time •Ensure good waste management practices in the Kitchen •Ensure that handover procedures are adhered to and that the relevant documents are handed over to the Control Room for record keeping
•Minimum 1-year experience in central kitchen environment •A team player with good communication skills •Must follow strictly to SOP, Safety & Hygiene regulations •Valid certification in Basic Food Hygiene will be an added advantage
