- Sweep, mop floor and jet-wash kitchen floors, drain and clean dishwasher and surrounding washing area accordingly to schedule - Ensure all dirty crockeries are pre-rinse before placing into the dishwashing machinery according to the prescribed procedures, remove clean crockeries from machine and sort according to type and size. - Clear, soak and clean soiled cutleries and crockeries and trays in kitchen areas. Mopping, scrubbing, polishing toilets and amenities. - Perform any other Stewarding duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Minimum Primary education and attended Basic Hygiene Course preferably. - No experience required but must be willing to learn and have a good attitude. - Basic communication skills. 48 Hours per week / Senoko
