1. Process routine store requests.
2. Attend to store request related matters.
3. Man F2 Supply Centre general mailbox.
4. Process services Goods Receipt (GR) requests via email.
5. Attend to GR related matters/enquiries.
6. Update laundry records and coordinate collection and return.
7. Assist in other store matters/projects as assigned.
1. Min qualification - Diploma in any field.
2. Competent in navigating around application software (e.g. SAP) and digital solutions.
3. Fast learner.
4. Highly adaptable.
5. Proficient in MS office.
6. Previous experience in government related agencies will be advantageous.
7. Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
