║● Attend to all student enquiries, requests, complaints and feedback. ║● Provide student care, support and counseling service as appropriate; ║● Maintain student records through proper documentation and filing; ║● Assist with student activities with the view to building/maintaining rapport between students and staff and enhancing morale and retention of students.
║● At least a GCE “O”/”A”/ITE Higher NITEC. ║● At least 1 year of customer service experience, with strong passion for providing excellent customer service in the Education sector. ║● Good command of English and Chinese is required for the translation of document contents in either language and to build and maintain effective relationship with Chinese speaking students. ║● Independent and resourceful with good interpersonal and communication skills.
