Responsibilities: •Report to the Operation Execuitve •Support and assist the Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant •Conduct daily checklist •Take order, clearing and table setting •Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction •Attend to customer complaints (if any) •Handle cashiering duties •Assist in bi-monthly stock take •Assist to upsell promotions and membership •Constantly motivate & cultivate a team spirit in the restaurant •Guide and train new/existing Service Crew •Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures •Deputise in the absence of the Managers •Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
