-Coordinates and supervises the activities of employees in the custodial program.
-Train and instruct employees in task, safety, policies and procedures.

-Operates motorized cleaning equipment.
-Tracks equipment inventory, maintenance and repair.

-Ensures specified contract services are provided by the contractor by inspecting the work
-Conducts regular quality, service and safety inspections of assigned areas and reporting the results of the inspections with particular emphasis to the assigned custodian
-Reports incidents and hazardous conditions to site manager.
-Reports employee personnel and customer issues to site manager.
-Monitors employees for proper use of personal protective equipment and supplies.
