-Train and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies and procedures.
-Coordinate and monitor work activities and assure quality compliance.
-Ensure that work routes are completed for staff when shorthanded.
-Build relationships with employees.
-Maintain records, i.e. training, inspections, attendance and metric data
-Reports any information to supervisor for such things as written reports, weekly or monthly.
-Perform quality services and safety inspections.
-Track equipment inventory, maintenance and repair.
-Track supplies inventory and ensure the proper levels are maintained.
-Monitor employees for proper use of all safety procedures.
-Corrects at risk behaviour immediately, then reports to the supervisor immediately.
-Reports accidents and incidents to the supervisor immediately.
-Reports employee personnel and customer issues to manager.
-Provide recommendation for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
-Possess at least Primary School education.
-Able to work independently and responsible.
-Able to understand and speak English and basic understanding of Chinese, Malay
-At least 1-year cleaning experience
