• To station in YNUS and to manage the maintenance of all the kitchen equipment & infrastructure support item as stipulated in the contract. • Serve as primary point of contact when there are client issues related to quality, performance, maintenance, any issues on-site at client facilities, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site and devise ways of improving and resolving problems and complaints. • Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions to be taken. Ensure efficient schedule planning, management of manpower & resources, productivity and quality control. Develop, maintain and update site specific plans, programs and operating procedures. • Ensures that all preventive maintenance are done as schedule and in accordance to maintenance procedures, and to ensure all recordkeeping, service reports and follow up actions are performed & submitted timely. • To work with operation managers, technicians and vendors to coordinate maintenance and service schedule to ensure that the resources are being utilized to achieve project, contract and company objectives. • To provide support to other projects as required.
• Preferably a diploma in M&E engineer, and have knowledge on maintenance of kitchen equipment and related infrastructure items • At least 2 years of working experience, hands on skills will be advantageous. • Able to provide technical reports as necessary to operation manager • Able to manage and coordinate with contracted maintenance agencies on the scope of works as required.
