║● Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications, networks and printers. ║● Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks including planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades. ║● Troubleshoot system and network problems. ║● Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults. ║● Provide technical support including procedural documentation to both users and MIS. ║● Set up new users’ accounts and profiles. ║● Train/educate staff of new hardware. ║● Assist in the compilation and maintenance of an accurate inventory of hardware and software.
