Responsibility -Monitoring the quality of the input and output of production order, this includes the performance of quality checks (of self-performed work), including, if requested, (written) reports -Checking assemblies/vehicles on quality and functioning, and performing (corrective) adjustments -On request, providing field-specific support and training to suppliers/customers -Reporting on, and execution of corrective measures, in consultation with Team Leader/Product Manager -Safe execution of test procedures and assembly techniques Assembly Mechanical/Pneumatic / Hydraulic -Creating cable ducts -Assembling of components according to drawings -The pneumatic and/or hydraulic connecting of components and assemblies -Filling hydraulic installations -Troubleshooting / analysing and modifying/correcting faults -Mechanical assembly of (sub)assemblies or complete machines/vehicles according to customer specification -Torqueing and marking of critical connections -Installation and adjustment of assemblies in complete machine/vehicle
Knowledge -Reading drawings and diagrams (mechanical/ pneumatic/hydraulic) -Fabrication processes, Mechanical assembly techniques -Regular components in own expertise area -Basic knowledge of using computers -Measurement and control techniques -Knowledge of all tools necessary to perform activities Education / requirements Secondary Technical School, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Five year work experience Project-based working Characteristics:Team player Good social and communication skills Proactive Stress resistant Problem-solving abilities with the skill to prioritize issues
