Technician/Senior Technician - Desktop Deployment

Job Description

oInstallation, decommissioning, configuration, imaging, troubleshooting of PC, laptops, tablets, printer, network equipment etc.) at clients’ locations.
oUpdating/upgrading of operating systems (on-site and off-site)
oCarry out destruction of data bearing devices ie. degauss, punch, shredding
oRecording of serial numbers/asset tags.
oTrack and account for IT assets for the projects.
oPreparation equipment for collection by logistics.
oOrganise and lead a team of permanent workers and temporary workers to complete projects.
oInvolved in site visits to scope major jobs. 
oAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
