- Provide support to the facilities management function. This includes liaising with the landlord on building maintenance matters, management of contractors, coordination of improvement works, follow-up on fault reporting, etc.
- Provide support to the office administration function which includes assignment of workstations, issuance of keys to new hires etc.
Any other duties as may be assigned.
Working Days: 5-day work week
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 6pm; Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Near Novena MRT
Contract Period: 2 months (start in Feb 2022)
Salary: $8.50 to $10.50/hr (depending on qualifications)
- A Level or Diploma qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
