Job Description

-             Issuing official receipts and updating cash/cheque received
-             Counter service
-             Retrieval and handling of mails and postages
-             Bank drop off, keying in bank in records and schedules
-             Filing and updating records
-             Handling general email/letter correspondences
-             Other ad hoc duties

Work Schedule: 
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Salary: $9/H
Working Hours: 
Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm 
Location: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT Station 

Job Requirements

Proficient in:
- Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
