Contract : $ 1 - $ 1 / PER HOUR

Job Description

•To manage administrative duties such as record keeping, generating daily operational forms, generating daily/monthly statistics and physical document filing 
•To oversee and facilitate digitalisation of operational documents via scanning of physical documents and e-filing 
•To assist in updating inspection cases in iFAST
•To manage public by answering phone calls, receiving visitors, facilitating safe entry, and signing of forms
•Reply to customer queries according to service standards via phone, email, walk in
•Other duties as assigned by supervisor except handling of animals

Work Schedule: 
Mon to Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Fri:8.30am to 5:30pm
Location : Changi Animal & Plant Quarantine
Salary: TBA

Job Requirements

•Good communication and customer service skills
•Competent in IT and MS Office Applications
•Comfortable with making calls to the public
•Responsible and independent
•Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
