Job Description

Job Description : 
• Smooth operation of training programmes - virtual classes over zoom, face to face classes, e-learning progs. 
• Preparation of logistics, materials, ordering of catering, zoom, evaluation forms, updating of training admin system- TREX 
• Setup/clear training materials in classrooms 
• Assist the group in any other admin/logistic work 

Working Days: 5-day work week
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 6pm; Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: $9 per hour 
Contract Start Date: Earliest availability 
Contract Period: 4 months 
Location: Buona Vista 

Job Requirements

• Preferably relevant working experience in administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within the company and with external partners
• IT savvy and/or  data analytics skills an added advantage
