$870.00, 3 months (extendable/renewable) Temp job – to work approximately 20 hours per week Between Monday to Friday only 3 days/wk, 6/7/7 hrs per day or 4 days/wk, 5 hrs per day or 5 days/wk, 4 hrs per day (NO weekends work and NO after 6pm on weekdays) At the moment, work from home till situation changes Job Function: •Process forms (New item Listings / Promotion listings) thru the in-house system (Training will be provided) •Coordinate with the In-Charge from the Principal brands (Supplier/brand owner) should there be any missing information that are required for processing to complete •Assist in editing any images (cropping, changing background colours, resizing etc….) should they come - not meeting the basic requirements or send back to principal brands for them to rework and send in new workable images for processing •Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the processing of forms (new item listings or promotion listings) is done in accordance to the SOPs •Assists in any other ad-hoc administration / coordination work that is required, acting as a middle person between internal and external to ensure the workflow is operationally smooth •Data management: Extract data from Salesforce, using Excel Pivot Table, V-lookup, or tableau to manage the data required Short Listed Candidates will be Notified.
