-Assist HR department in the following areas: Main job scope: - Able to do cold call to a mass pool of potential candidates for the vacancies that company is hiring and able to tactfully answer candidates' queries and handle rejections from candidates at the same time. - Main contact point of answering phone calls, queries and attending to walk in interview candidates - Able to assist in coordination of interview, track on the interview status, scheduling of interview, preparing, explain the necessary terms and conditions to candidates clearly to ensure he/she understand them correctly. - Assist HR department to carefully key in candidates' personal data into HR system - Onboard candidates by preparing their uniform and email Operations team on the placement of staff
- Candidate is required to be good in administrative and coordination of schedules - Candidate is required to be meticulous, well versed with excel and word - Candidate is required to be able to handle confidential HR matters to protect the staff' personal data in all touchpoints - Candidate is required to be a self driven and initiative as there will be minimal supervision given to the candidate.
