Job Duties: Training Administration • Maintain and create training course schedule in e-Training System • Coordinating with training providers and register employees for training courses • Coordinate resources and logistics for training courses • Send training course instructions and reminders to employees • Invoice processing and process government training grants if applicable. • Collate training evaluations and assist in the preparation of training reports and statistics for management reporting HR Systems • Implementation of HR facial recognition Project Workforce Development • Provide administrative and logistics support for workforce development related projects (Job Design Projects, Learning Festival etc) and government schemes (liaise with training providers, review of OJTs documentation, collate documentations for grants submission) • Manage and maintain the records in the learning Management System (LMS) • Provide administrative support in managing the Skills Management System (SMS) • Compile relevant data and conduct analysis from reports generated from e-Training Systems (Percipio and Skills Management System) for management reporting • Any other duties assigned
