• Assist with recruitment activities and other HR Ops matters;
• Updating of various HR records and systems;
• Assist with the administrative and logistics matters for the digitisation of existing hardcopy Pfiles for “e P-file” management project;
• Liaise with Vital, prepare and sort files, complete necessary forms and documents, transfer files to Vital for scanning and collect files thereafter;
• Assist with HR administrative and operations matters;
• Scanning and filing of documents; and
• Any other HR operation duties as assigned.
Duration: 6 months (subjected to renewal on a rolling basis)
Salary: Up to $2100 (based on qualifications and experience)
Minimum educational qualification: Diploma
Working Days: 5-day work week
Working Hours: TBC
