Job Description
a) Maintain Existing Software Applications/Tools: Responsible in monitoring and maintaining organisation RPA (UiPath) programs and other software applications such as Python and Excel macros.

b) Monitoring of Service Level Agreement (SLA): Monitoring of the SLA of the vendors and ensure all SLA are met for outsourced projects. Responsible for monitoring and tracking of issues/cases that are logged in ITSM portal and send email chasers if necessary.

c) Provide Training for Users: Responsible in creating training materials and providing training instructions to users, advising them on the best ways to use applications and software to meet their desired goals and complete tasks.

d) Monitoring the timely creation and deletion of accounts: Responsible in the submission of requests for the creation and deletion of respective user accounts for inflow and outflow requested by HR.

e) Monitoring of contracts and expiry of lease assets: Responsible in monitoring the expiry of contracts and lease assets and putting up approval papers for the leasing of new assets. Ensure there are no lapses in contracts and new assets should arrive at least 3 weeks before expiry.

f) Monitoring of monthly and quarterly security patch status: Responsible to monitor and report the monthly and quarterly security patch status to IST and management.

g) Modification of Email distribution listing and submission of email related request: Responsible to modify email distribution listing and submission of request to grant user’s access to generic email accounts.

h) Contract Management: Responsible to ensure all ICT contracts are tracked and renewed on time. Duties include putting up the necessary approval papers for new contracts or renewal of existing contracts, tracking and verification of invoices received.

i) Access Rights & Log Review of ICT systems: Perform monthly access rights and log review of ICT systems.

j) Others: Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Working Days: 5-day work week
Working Hours: TBC, 42 hours per week
Contract Period: 1 year (3 Jan 2022 to 2 Jan 2023)
Location: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT
Salary: >$4,000/month (TBA)

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
a) Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Management Information Systems or related fields;
b) Minimum 3 years of working experience in infrastructure and support management;
c) Ability to work well in teams and independently; and
d) Strong work ethic and attention to details.

a) Written communication skills – possess good written communication skills in English;
b) Problem solving skills – to be able to troubleshoot potential hardware or application related problems and propose a workaround when necessary.
c) Customer Service & Communication Skills – possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English to provide training and instruction to internal users on laptop/notebook, VPN (using token or card), SG-Mail troubleshooting steps and answering users’ questions, provide user training, and resolve problems.
