Job Description

•Provide support for LRWD officers who are coming aboard, transfer or leaving the division
•Duties include onboard/offboard and transfer of staff such as submission of digitized onboard/offboard/transfer checklist, set-up workstations, issue stationeries, send welcome kit, ordering of name card, name stamp, chops and update records
•Conduct check to ensure LAN account is created and RSA tokens are ready prior to the arrival of the candidates
•For TADM officers, to activate Onboard temp checklist and Exit Checklist and/or temp access card application as requested
•For secured email user, officer who needs to connect to label printer and making of authority card – process application via the relevant system/forms
•Administer department stationeries including ordering of stationeries
•Assist to bring the CPMD checker to verify the assets held by officers, based on the stocktake list
•Assist in Cabcharge registration for new officers and terminate account when officer leave division
•Assist to disseminate internal comms with pre-defined format/announcement given by other departments/divisions
•Assist in Procuring office equipment, dept letter heads, files as and when required
•Recall cartons from offsite storage as and when needed for searching of files, sorting and preparation of metadata table, Listing.  Data entry in National Archive of Singapore ARMS system.
•Verify ESA backlog physical case files against disposition list before actual disposal
•Handle incoming mails, faxes, newspaper, fruits/collaterals distribution within Division.  Assist and support users with logistics needs.

•5 Days (Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm)


Offered Salary

•S$1,800 per month


Requirements

•GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec
•Experience in customer service and/or admin work is preferred
•Good interpersonal & communication skills
•Good organisational skills
•Good initiative & resourceful
•Meticulous and thorough
•Experience in managing events and admin work would be a bonus
•Positive attitude, eager to learn, diligent, meticulous
•Possess good application/working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
