1) Recruitment Operations - To assist in the recruitment process, and to conduct screenings and reference checks for potential applicants. - Assist in the conducting of interviews and provide support for external events such as Career Fairs. - Work Closely with respective Line Managers on their resourcing needs and ensure timely fulfilment of recruitment requirements. 2) Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations - To Maintain and update TA’s SOP. - To ensure proper documentation, compliance and adherence on recruitment process. Duration: 6 to12 months Working Days: 5-day work week Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 0900 to 1830; Fri 0900 - 1800 Commencement Date: Earliest Availability
• Minimum education requirements: Diploma/Degree • At least 1-2 years end to end recruitment experience or prior experience with HR/TA operations will be good.
