Job Description

The temp will report to one of the Self Swab Supervisor.
•Supervise officers on self-swabbing.  The supervision will be done virtually. 
•Coordinate with officers for their self swab appointments and ensure that all identified officers perform their self swab within timelines.
•Collate the swab test results on a weekly basis for reporting.
•Assist the team on Covid-19 related activities.  This include weekly reporting of statistics, publicity and issuance of new guidelines, answering staff queries and any other assignment allocated to you.

•Immediate to 31 March 2022

•Victoria Street (The appointed temp staff may be working from home unless advised otherwise)


Working Hours

•5 Days (Mon to Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm)
•Lunch break:  1 hour


Offered Salary

•Up to $2,000 per month


Requirements

•Min GCE ‘O’ Level
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Possess initiative
•Able to work independently with minimum supervision
