a) Support daily operational duties for central buys (including packing and stock-taking of stationery items), central loan, corporate gifts management, official gifts management and commercial shredding exercises.
b) Support in the innovation projects such as collating data to aid in the approval processes and system enhancements e.g. the set-up of Corporate Admin’s e-portal
c) Source for quotations and coordinate on green activities and Environmental Sustainability initiatives in AGC in preparation for Eco-Office certification due in 2022.
d) Assist is events logistics support.
e) Assist with packing and stock taking of bulk stationery items.
f) Any other duties by the Ops team.
Duration: 6 months (subjected to renewal on a rolling basis)
Working Days: 5-day work week
