URGENT

Location : Alexandra Road

Position : Temp Staff (1 pax) - Requesting Department: Gambling Regulatory 
 
Contract Duration: 6 months (tentatively 1 Jul 2021 to 31 Dec 2021) (with option to extend for 6 months) 

Work Pattern: Mon – Fri : 8.30am to 6pm

Job Description: 

Assist GRU in transition matters to Gambling Regulatory Authority Responsibilities: 

1. Assets Management 
a. Update and finalise inventory of assets 
b. Manage transfer of asset process to GRA i. asset tagging, transfer of assets of records, finalise records of assets in GRA system 
c. Dekit assets from MHQ 

2. Registry 
a. Update and finalise inventory of registry files (hard copy and soft copy) 
b. Map registry records to CRA/GRA registry system 
c. Digitise hardcopy records to soft copy records 
d. Liaise and manage transfer of registry records to GRA 
e. Delist registry records from MHQ 
f. Transfer of files for archive/storage (under CRA contract) 
g. Transfer of files uploaded in GRU file portal to CRA/GRA eregistry system 
h. Create files with MHQ file registry and file documents


Job Requirements


Salary ranges from $1,800 - $2,500 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Min Qualification : A Levels/Diploma, proficient with Excel and general IT software skills/knowledge
