- Staff’s main job scope is to man the WhatsApp Helpdesk Support i.e. take down and channel the enquires from all our staff to our appointed external vendors for them to address.
- Occasionally, staff also needs to process and clear some receipts from our ShopperLink App that we have recently rolled out.
Expected work duration is for 9 months (subject to review)
Work Hours : 8.30am – 6.00pm (inclusive of 1 hr lunch break)
Work days : Mon – Fri (5 days)
Location: Near Toa Payoh MRT Station
- Staff should have knowledge on the use of Microsoft Office.
- When required, staff will also be given ad-hoc assignments.
- Staff should be able to commit the full 9 months required
