- Process claims on time and ensure claims documents are complete & ready for Finance’s payment. - Validate claims documents and follow up with applicants should there be any request of document resubmission. - Attend to walk in clients, emails and calls, and ensure that client’s enquiries are managed in a prompt and professional manner. - Collate and maintain details of claims processed, disbursed amount and deliverables achieved in tracking system. - Provide general administrative/ clerical support or undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
- GCE ‘A’ Level & above - Proficient in MS Word and Excel - Experience in claims processing will be an advantage. - Meticulous with good numeracy and time management skills, independent and works well in a team - Possess good written and verbal communications skills - Pleasant personality with passion for service excellence - Able to adapt to changes quickly in dynamic environment
