Liaise with vendors on the number of runs/ classes, availability and dates
Assist to carry out registration of the Board’s officers for the courses
Assist in arranging security clearance for entry into various sites
Keep updated records of registration and attendance of participants
Assist in the scheduling of courses based on the number of participants, runs / classes, trainers’ and participants’ availability and venue availability
Assist in setting up the rooms / facilities within the Academy for training programmes, meetings or other functions
Maintain attendance records in the Board’s computerised human resources / learning management system.
Provide virtual classroom support to participants on the use of online platforms
Preparation and distribution of certificates
Collate and tabulate feedback
Collate and tabulate training honorarium
Job Requirements
Holds a minimum qualification of Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field from a recognised polytechnic in Singapore
