A warehouse administrator ensures a warehouse is running smoothly and all inventory is where it needs to be. Your job duties in this position are keeping track of inventory and shipping schedules, addressing the needs of departments within the company, and making sure the work environment is clean. Responsibilities: Monitor issues with stock orders; Inform internal and external customers about any changes with orders; Maintain filing records daily and archive monthly; General administrative duties such as – filing, photocopying, stationary orders; Assist logistics team process customer returns; Deal and respond to emails/calls in a timely manner; Assisting the department manager with administrative paperwork KPI reporting; Administration of orders; Supervising a small team of warehouse / stores operatives;
