Prepare and serve food within the food preparation standards and to check equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary manner.
Responsible for supervising, coordinating and participating in the preparation and cooking of food for functions and a la carte service.
1.Basic knowledge of menu costing
2.Communicate clearly and concisely both in orally and written.
3.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
4.At least 3 years experience in food handling and food preparation
