Who we’re looking for:
The Workshop department is looking for a highly motivated Workshop Administrator to join the team.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this position will be based in Singapore, Senoko. The main responsibility of a workshop Administrator is to ensure the quality and timeliness of internal and external invoicing as well as contributing to workshop salary payments. The workshop Administrator role contributes to both customer and employee satisfaction, and thereby positively impacting Scania profitability and employer branding.
What you’ll be doing:
Invoicing – customer invoicing and support at workshop
•Make adjustments/ additions to work order using DMS
•Confirm time recording and article codes
•Account code invoice and include additional services/products from external providers (salvage)
•Produce and submit invoice to customer
•Resolve customer inquiries on invoices
•Communicate results to customers 

Management of Warranties and Liquidation of Claims – at workshop level
•Information to Workshop/Parts to ensure imperfect part is preserved/captured/maintained as proof in further warranty investigations
•Establish claim (in accordance with Warranty Manual)
•Attach illustrations and attachments to warranty case
•Update system information based on error code received (validation not approved)
•Follow up and reporting on claims 

Scheduling of Resources and Reporting – at workshop level
•Create and maintain technician scheduling
•Add resources into system
•Ensure correct information based on work orders from previous day
•Report on salary/stamping details for managerial approval
•Report on workshop performance (general reporting)
