Job Description
  1. Processing of customer orders / Purchase Orders from fax, whatsapp/phone message, call, and key in inside MYOB accounting software.
  2. Answering phone calls and taking orders or resolving issues pertaining to delivery / wrong item.
  3. Liaise with customers/inter co/Sales person for day to day ordering issues.
  4. Process and maintain customer’s standing orders.
  5. Makesure to pass the DO’s to storeman for packing immediately, eg: every 10 orders issued/printed.
  6. Liaising with our suppliers / Farm / for order replenishment.
  7. Adhoc duties as and when required.
