Job Description


  • Conduct daily QC checks on products
  • Establish documentations such as product specifications, SOP, recipe cards etc.
  • Handle customer feedback & troubleshooting
  • Enforce GMP system
  • Maintain & enforce ISO 22000 system
  • Laboratory hands on experience (microbial) is preferred 
  • Follow up on machine / equipment maintenance 
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Review and handling of customer complaint & inspection and other non-conformities
  • Assess and review inspecting & testing plans, and modify for improvement if necessary
  • Responsible to study in new product development in order to reduce risk of complain from consumer
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Executive/Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent

It is named after the well- loved Seng Choong Confectionery, which was established in 1965 and run  by  Daniel’s parents until its closure in 1996.

Aside from rolling out promotional items for calendar events such as Mooncake Festival and Chinese New Year, Old Seng Choong also produces old school bakes with a nostalgic slant in each.
